So Ive decided to lose weight after my good friend mentioned how her mother and grandmother lost a good amount of weight from weight watchers. I knew eventually that I would commit to something, but it was just a matter of when. So, I am following the change of eating lifestyle, so far so good.

NO pop, NO junk, The pop thing wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, considering I was a huge pop JUNKIE!! Serving sizes for meals are completely different, and are actually the "standard" as to what we are suppose to be eating. Its amazing when you realize how much rice etc.. you used to eat compared to now.

Anyways its a point system, sound crazy? Possibly..but it works..Ive lost 15 pounds in the last 3 weeks..and I plan to lose more!! Weight loss might slow down a little now due to the fact that I mainly shocked my system, but I am ok with that

My meals will be posted here for inspiration for anyone who would like to see them, I am no chef! And I also hate cooking but I love taking pictures of the finished product..and of course love eating it because by that time Im usually hungry :)

I have never eaten so many times a day, its nuts..I eat like snacks in between meals ALL the time!! Veggies and fruits- mainly veggies..snack on those all day as well. I drink 3-4 500 ml bottles of water a day...which is NUTS because I used to hate water!! But its fantastic lol I am also eating weird but good foods I never dreamed of eating before like quiona, bulgur and couscous, which actually the least healthiest out of the 3, but still healthy in a sense.
